Terms of Service
Short version: Use Niexbot's tools for lawful purposes. Don't abuse the service or upload illegal content. Tools are provided as-is with no guarantees. You own your files and outputs.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using niexbot.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors and users.
2. Who We Are

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Description of Service
Niexbot provides AI-powered media tools including audio processing (stem separation, noise reduction, LUFS analysis), image generation, music generation, and an AI chat interface. All AI processing runs on local hardware in Germany. Tools are provided with no guarantee of continuous availability, and may in the future be offered under paid plans.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, process, or generate content that is illegal under applicable law.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party — including uploading copyrighted audio for which you do not have appropriate licences.
- Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or constitutes harassment or hate speech.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or circumvent any security measures of the Service.
- Use automated scripts or bots to make excessive requests that degrade the Service for other users.
- Attempt to access administrative areas or other users' data.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain full ownership of any files you upload and any outputs you download. By uploading a file, you grant Niexbot a temporary, limited licence to process that file solely for the purpose of delivering the tool output to you. This licence terminates immediately upon deletion of the file (which happens automatically after download).
Our Content
The Niexbot website, branding, and underlying code are owned by Juan Nieto. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without prior written permission.
7. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated images, music, and text are provided for your personal use. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs. We make no representation that outputs are free from third-party intellectual property claims. Do not use AI-generated content in contexts where accuracy or reliability is critical without independent verification.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Tool outputs (audio processing results, AI-generated content) are provided without quality guarantees. Results may vary depending on input quality and model limitations.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUAN NIETO AND NIEXBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed €100 EUR.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juan Nieto and Niexbot from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your uploaded content, or your use of the Service.
12. Service Availability & Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Links do not constitute an endorsement.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
For EU consumers: The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in ADR proceedings but will consider them in good faith.
